Adjuvants are designed to increase the efficacy of your spray control products. Adjuvants increase efficacy by improving leaf surface contact, penetration of tough cuticle surfaces, and modification of tank mix pH solution. Proper selection of an adjuvant product is important to ensure that control products are working at their greatest potential. Always follow label instructions to maximize efficacy and reduce potential for unintended injury.
Benefits of Colorants
Harrell’s SprayMAX colorants are designed to facilitate the application of all sprayable products and increase the aesthetic quality of turfgrass. The use of colorants increases the accuracy of application and minimizes undesirable misses and over-sprays by providing clearly visible spray pattern boundaries. SprayMAX colorants also make it easy to identify mid-boom misses that are caused by clogged nozzles. In addition, the use of specific colorants called pigments also increases turfgrass quality through foliar uptake of the pigmented compound resulting in an enhanced natural appearance. Colorants in the paint category serve to provide color during periods of full dormancy when nondormant turf aesthetics are desired.
PAR® SG, our unique, proprietary color additive, is a pigment designed to provide a brighter, bolder, more natural green enhancement to turf. PAR® SG can be tank-mixed with most fertilizers, growth regulators, wetting agents, fungicides and insecticides to serve as a spray indicator that can dramatically improve application uniformity and

Confused about the various ways to green up your turf? Product knowledge is power:
Paint - superficial outer coating which can be broken down by sunlight or mown off. Also blocks plant transpiration.
Dye - water soluble and therefore loses it physical structure during application, so it fades quickly. Normally used as a spray indicator for pesticide and fertilizer applications.
Pigment - low solubility, longer-lasting. Penetrates turfgrass leaves shortly after application, resulting in a more natural look. Even after sunlight exposure and mowing.

Pigment Cleaner Plus
Pigment Cleaner Plus will clean most stains and residues, including pigments, spray pattern indicators, soap scum, oil, and many other stains on most surfaces. Pigment Cleaner Plus is ready to use. No dilution needed. For all surfaces, apply Pigment Cleaner Plus liberally, wait approximately 60-120 sec, brush, and rinse. For older or more concentrated stains and residues, reapplication may be necessary. Pigment Cleaner Plus can be used to pretreat stains on clothing if applied before the stain has dried.

For older or more concentrated stains and residues, reapplication may be necessary. Pigment Cleaner Plus performs best when surface and air temperatures are moderate. When air and surface temperatures do not exceed 50F, additional or more intense scrubbing may be required.
